If you're looking for a mountain wedding venue with places to stay on-site, things to do, and an amazing view; consider having a Devil's Thumb Ranch Weddings.
The Devil's Thumb Ranch is is a tiny town just passed Winter Park called Tabernash. Super tiny. So small you may miss it. If you made it to Grandby, you missed it. I think the entire Grand valley is great for getting married. Anything that is away and off I-70 is a win in my book.
A plus for having a Devil's Thumb Ranch Wedding is that they have rooms in the main lodge and numberous cabins for your guests to stay in. There is also a few ponds, horses, and lots of other activities to do right at the ranch. Things like fly fishing, archery, ziplines, hiking, mountain biking, paddle board yoga, wagon rides, horseback riding, a lazer rifle biathlon, kid's pony rides, and more.
What I remember most of this wedding was just how much fun their family and friends had. Now generally the family will keep to themselves and you will have a pack of close friends that stick together. Not at this wedding. Everyone was dancing and being goofy and letting loose. The night ended in this massive group hug. It was a lot fun.
